New franchisee sets a date for his big launch!
Some wonderful news to share with you this month: after taking the time to find the perfect spot for a new store, we’re very happy to welcome the first Udderlicious franchisee!
This is an amazing achievement, as the Udderlicious franchise only launched at the start of 2025, so for it to be expanding already is a sure sign that this is a brand which grabs people attention – not just customers, but aspiring business owners, too!
Which is why we are thrilled to introduce Kadmi von Springer who’s about to bring his very own little scoop of joy to Camden this August
Kadmi’s journey is certainly an interesting one, and definitely anything but ordinary. His journey started a long way from ice cream, as a professional basketball player in Israel! After hanging up his jersey, he shifted gears into the world of finance. He holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, and spent over 20 years in leading global strategy and finance roles, most recently as VP of Finance & Strategy at Brown-Forman (Jack Daniel’s whisky). His incredible career has taken him all around the world, from Tel Aviv to Atlanta, Prague, and London.
A truly extraordinary life, but he always harboured the dream of building something all his own. Now, he’s turning that dream into reality with Udderlicious. Passionate about great ice cream and even better customer experiences, Kadmi is excited to bring some of the brand’s handcrafted magic to one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Kadmi may be the first to open a franchisee-owned Udderlicious, but he certainly won’t be the last. In fact, another franchisee has just put down a deposit and started looking for premises.
