Even we can’t resist a trip to Udderlicious and it’s easy to see why…
One of the many things I genuinely love about the Udderlicious franchise is that there’s always something new to talk about. It’s a brand that never just sits back on its laurels, but rather one that’s always working on exciting new ideas – and no where is that more obvious than with all the new flavours they create every month.
March’s new additions are Lemon Cheesecake, Acai Sorbet and…. Greek Yoghurt & Mango Chutney.
Those first two sound exactly like the kind of exciting new flavours you’d expect, but that last one is definitely a bit left field. Apparently, it’s sweet mango and smooth, creamy yoghurt, but with a subtle after-flavour of cardamom and other spices. It’s the kind of unexpected combination that only works when the people making it really know what they’re doing. Sounds delicious to me, though apparently it took a while to get the balance of ingredients right!
It’s the perfect example of the combination of creativity, inventiveness, and careful consideration which goes into everything the Udderlicious team does, and don’t forget all these flavours are added to the big, online recipe book so they’re available for all time to all their different branches.
It’s always worth keeping an eye on what Udderlicious are up to on their Instagram account. I’m always struck by pictures like these and how they are part of what makes Udderlicious so visually distinctive as a brand. The colours, the creativity, the sheer sense of joy that comes through in every new flavour launch.
If you decide to open your own Udderlicious branch, it’s this visual flair which draws people in off the street, gets shared on social media, talked about with friends, and turned into a reason to come back week after week.
Another first time visit… but it won’t be the last!
Among the recent visitors to the Covent Garden shop was someone with a particularly good eye for a franchise opportunity – Dug, CEO of The Franchising Centre, who made the trip down from the North Norfolk coast for a day in London with his family. Of all the things London has to offer on a day out, Udderlicious was the obvious choice for a special treat, and by all accounts it didn’t disappoint.
We regularly meet with all the franchises we work with, of course, but Udderlicious is rapidly becoming our most visited client – which is no surprise when they keep pushing out all these mouth-watering new flavours!
If you haven’t visited yet yourself, you’re really missing out. It’s the perfect way to understand what the Udderlicious franchise is really all about, and if you’re ready to talk about how you can be a part of brand this colourful and full of life, it’s time we had a chat!
Here’s something to sweeten the deal
We know that for a lot of people, the question of how to fund a new franchise is the thing that sits at the back of the mind even when everything else feels right. So we’ve recently added someone to the team who can help.
Gary Chatwin has joined us as our Funding Introducer, and his job is simply to help you understand what’s available to help you based on your own circumstances, such as startup loans, commercial loans, asset finance, refinancing, and without any pressure or agenda.
If that’s something you’d like to explore, just drop me a line and we can talk through where you are and whether an introduction to Gary makes sense.
Whatever you’d like to discuss, or whatever questions you might have, I’m here to help.
